True Food Kitchen has named Wendy’s veteran Peter Koumas as its new chief financial officer. The company has also named Daniella Voysey Olsen as its first-ever chief growth officer and has promoted Mandy Monk to chief people officer.

The three new c-suiters join the brand on the heels of CEO John Williams’ appointment in March. They will help support the 15-year-old wellness-focused brand’s continued growth from its current 44-unit footprint.

“Since joining the company, we have been focused on innovations to our menu and beyond,” Williams said in a statement. “Our growth is focused on engaging with more customers in more ways and enhancing their experience at every stage. This evolution starts with our own team, and I am incredibly excited to bring on such experienced and talented leaders that are committed to True Food Kitchen’s continued growth.”

Koumas joins the brand after 11 years with Wendy’s in progressively higher finance leadership roles mainly focusing on international development. As the newly appointed CFO, he’ll focus on strategic investments and sustainable growth for True Food Kitchen.

“There is a real market opportunity in serving delicious, wholesome food that tastes as great as it is good for you, and I am looking forward to playing a role in continuing the brand’s profitable growth into the future,” Koumas said in a statement.

Voysey Olsen has led marketing strategy for global brands including The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar, Disney and General Mills. As True Food Kitchen’s first chief growth officer, she’ll focus on new channels to reach customers.

Monk joined True Food Kitchen earlier this year and in her promoted position of chief people officer, she will oversee every aspect of the brand’s people processes ensuring they align with business objectives.

Founded in Phoenix in 2008 under the anti-inflammatory food philosophy of Dr. Andrew Weil, True Food Kitchen has since grown to 44 locations in 17 states. A year ago, the company said In September, True Food Kitchen said it had secured a funding round of more than $100 million from HumanCo and Manna Tree.
