Smoothie Factory Plans Expanded Kitchen Concept
Brix Holdings’ juice brand expects to debut breakfast-lunch-dinner dayparts with drive-thru.
Brix Holdings LLC plans to expand its Smoothie Factory with a breakfast, lunch and dinner daypart version called Smoothie Factory + Kitchen.
Dallas-based Brix Holdings said the new concept will open in the autumn in North Richland Hills, a Dallas suburb, and offer a drive-thru and digital ordering.
The company said the menu at the location, planned for 8517 Davis Blvd. between the Highland Oaks and the Sanctuary neighborhoods, will include salads, grilled folds, toast options, a coffee program and boba tea. It will also include Smoothie Factory’s fresh juices, smoothie bowls and smoothies.
Sherif Mityas, BRIX Holdings CEO, said in a statement: “Our revamped menu is designed to excite and delight with an array of nutritious and delicious offerings based upon our mission of ‘Building a Better You.’ “
The 2,500-square-foot dining area “is thoughtfully designed as an inviting and relaxing spot to unwind for breakfast, lunch or dinner.,” the company said in a press release.
“The site also provides a convenient drive-thru or digital pick-up option, allowing guests to enjoy high-quality smoothies and food from the comfort of their car – perfect for those busy days when every second counts,” the company noted.
Brix Holdings LLC is a multi-brand franchising company with a portfolio of more than 300 locations across 38 states. Its brands include: Friendly’s Restaurant Co., Orange Leaf, Red Mango, Smoothie Factory + Kitchen, SouperSalad and Pizza Jukebox.
